I am a certified Nuclear Engineer and have held the required licenses to develop computer software supporting the construction, maintenance, and operation of nuclear-fueled power plants throughout the continental United States. I have maintained these qualifications for forty-eight years.
My professional career has been built upon two primary disciplines:
1) Scientific and Engineering Software Development
2) Hands-on Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Every assignment was performed under a zero-tolerance quality standard. In the nuclear industry, errors are not merely mistakes—they are grounds for immediate disqualification. Precision, accuracy, and accountability were fundamental requirements of every project.
I am also a certified Statistician with advanced certifications in graphics, data visualization, and technical report writing. I have held these qualifications for forty-one years.
One of my earliest major accomplishments was the development of the first comprehensive project accounting system for Black & Veatch Consulting Engineers in Overland Park, Kansas. The system served all company divisions and included detailed billing for computing services supplied by the Computer Services Division company-wide.
The reporting system tracked project identification, service dates, types of services performed, resource utilization, costs, and numerous additional management and accounting metrics.
Following the successful implementation of the system, a colleague publicly questioned the accuracy of my calculations. Rather than engage in debate, I returned to my office and developed additional software capable of dividing a single second into six thousand equal intervals. I then applied this level of precision throughout the entire billing system.
Every unit of resource consumption was recalculated using one-six-thousandth-of-a-second accuracy. At the next project review meeting, the results were presented. The challenge to the system's accuracy was immediately resolved. The calculations were proven correct, and the criticism ended. The engineer who had questioned the methodology had no further objections.
Today, I am applying the same discipline, precision, and systems-thinking principles to Artificial Intelligence.
My objective is to automate an entire enterprise-scale process that would traditionally require a staff of thousands possessing a wide range of specialized IT skills. The scope of this initiative represents a multi-million-dollar undertaking.
By leveraging a structured phased-development methodology—one that I have successfully refined through multiple large-scale engineering and technology projects—I am able to execute this vision as a single individual. The combination of decades of engineering discipline, statistical analysis, software development expertise, and modern AI capabilities makes it possible to accomplish what previously required large organizations and substantial budgets.
The future belongs to those who can successfully combine human expertise with intelligent automation. After nearly five decades of engineering, statistics, quality control, and software development experience, I believe I am uniquely positioned to help lead that transformation.
